The price provided by the Alliance going in to the project is the price the GC pays. The Alliance assumes all the responsibility for design errors and omissions and correction of field errors.

A team with the knowledge and experience to help the GC win projects on price and technical merit
The Alliance is willing to commit to a design/build team early on, doing what it takes to win the job. This includes conceptual design, preliminary  equipment and space requirement sizing, and system costs. The team members also will work closely with the GC on developing a winning strategy for the project.

A well coordinated set of design documents and well coordinated trades in the field
With the Alliance, all of the engineering design is being done under one roof and in concert with the mechanical and electrical construction contractors. Likewise, the design engineer is at the contractor's side as a team member during construction. This assures constructile designs and well engineered construction.
