capabilities to support engineering design/build as well as General Contractors and
owners with architectural requirements. Many of the associated architects have cleared
personnel with the experience and facilities required to
work on classified projects.
Reliability Centered Maintenance
Through Truland Systems subsidiary company, Reliatech, and with the support
of the Alliance team members, the Alliance can provide complete Reliability
Centered Maintenance services for any project type.
Operation and Maintenance
The construction arms of the alliance have the expertise to provide full
operation and maintenance services of engineered building systems. The design
component can provide engineering expertise where necessary to address more
complex maintenance and repair requirements.
Commissioning
The Alliance members have the ability through certified commissioning agents,
design professionals, and trade professionals to provide full commissioning for all
mechanical and electrical systems, from writing commissioning plans to providing
field testing of equipment.
